Custom house plans are provided by our service when a client cannot find a stock plan that fits their needs. People are unique, and so is the land they select for their building project. In some cases a stock plan can be modified to your liking, and we’re always glad to recreate one of our plans specifically for you
Affordable house plans
Most everyone is on a building budget, and this is our forte, designing within that budget. Whatever style you prefer, or however large or small of a home you desire, your dreams are only a design away. You may want to keep the original design we create for you private, so that you’ll never see another home like yours on the market; a one of kind. You may choose to allow us to resale the house plan we create for you on our website as a stock plan, which cost less
Amazing house plans
We’ll start with a site orientation of your land, and from there we’ll create a room pattern for the floor plan. Once you approve this pattern, we’ll begin the rough sketch design, created from the criteria you provide. Once you approve the rough sketch, we’ll move on to the hard line preliminary plans, where you’ll have another opportunity to critique the design. When you’re ready, we’ll move on to the third and final stage, the construction documents, where we’ll provide an entire set of working drawings that are permit ready
