The budget is all important to you, your lender, and Brenda, however, she doesn’t sacrifice design to save a dollar. Using her skills, she designs strategically, keeping structural cost at bay. Dollars saved on a tight structure, allow more dollars to be spent on the things we see, such as windows and walls

The home in the photo above is unique floor plan designed by Brenda. The owner had no budget to stay within. Garden villa house plan at the Pinnacle golf and country club in Rogers Arkansas, where she was in house designer during it’s formative years
