Description

Tuscan Villa House Plan Old world style

Tuscan villa house plan is a split level, designed for family living.  Enter the home into a large sitting area with a fireplace shared by the great room a few steps down. Kitchen is tucked away, but open to the family living area and offers convenient access to the veranda and green room on the rear. If you’re a gardener you’ll love this house, but if not, I’m sure you’ll find use for the garden shed just off the garage. If you’re a cook, and enjoy entertaining, your guest will appreciate the formal dining room, and a trip down to the wine cellar in the basement

True the curved walls cost a little more, however, this plan has a straight gable run with the exterior walls rising up to meet the roof, instead of the roof being dropped or raised. Large homes typically have complicated roofs, with raised plate lines costing a small fortune. Authentic in styling, old Italian villas have simple structures

Plenty of wall space for furniture. Walk in closet is as deep as the bedroom itself. Walk in shower is curved and generously sized. This suite has its own private veranda
